I hope this short article will reignite your desire and increase your knowledge of how to practice effectively at the driving range. I have coached full time now for 15 years spending many hours refining my game on the Ladies European Tour including USA, Asia and Australia.

How to keep calm on the golf course? This is a question I am asked numerous times so I thought I would just provide a few areas which everyone can revisit. The interesting fact here is nothing will come as a surprise to you or be new information but how you "action" and approach each situation I do hope will assist.
Firstly there is no magic wand, secret fairy dust or special golf balls you can buy to help keep calm on the course. A few simple thought processes and tasks requiring discipline to implement can assist. As we all know there are no short cuts to improvements within golf. Read More

I could never have envisaged my incredible experiences as PGA Captain of GB&I could continue at the second Women's PGA Cup 2022 at Twin Warriors Golf Club.

Living in the UK playing Golf in the rain is quite a usual occurrence, but a combination of the correct preparation, equipment, knowledge and mindset will certainly make life much easier.
Two great team events commence tomorrow The Solheim Cup and The PGA Cup both being played in the States. The Sunriver Resort will be hosting our Women’s PGA Cup in a few weeks too so a busy time for team golf. We have a fantastic PGA Cup Team as do Team USA who played so well at the outstanding venue of Foxhills. I had never witnessed so many birdies during the matches I was observing. I was privileged to have been involved during my PGA Captaincy. It just doesn’t seem possible my tenure was two years ago but the memories will live on forever. I would like to wish Tim Rouse and his team all the very best, the matches I am sure will be very close. A magical three days with some seriously spectacular golf guaranteed from every team member from both sides. Enjoy cheering 📣 on the European 🇪🇺 Solheim Cup Team who all seem very comfortable but Team USA will be desperate to put a stop to the European winning streak. ⛳️Who will lift the Trophies 🏆 come Sunday? Two contrasting weather days Womens Golf Schools but as they say “It never rains on the golf course “ The smiles were still as broad from my lovely clients and friends who have supported me for over 12 yrs. It was the first weekend for 6 of my golfers but the feedback has been simply incredible. Well done to everyone who all kept going in decidedly dreadful conditions you are all troopers. A mix of morning coaching with on course activities with the firm favourite of a “hidden partner” it’s amazing how every time there is always a point or two separating the teams. Keep battling away, you never know 😊😊⛳️We were looked after terrifically well by the team at Dunston Hotel The QHotels Collection Thank you Greg for dropping by for my presentation.
