As golfers we have been exposed via social media and the press to the main "proposed" changes to the rules of golf, one which includes a possible change to the dropping a golf ball.
It is quite ironic having been associated with the industry for over 35 years to see the numerous changes so this recent R&A and USGA proposal made me quite nostalgic. Firstly I would like to wish you all a super year ahead both on and off the course, we all lead such busy lives we need to remember to make time for ourselves and if golf features within "your own time" let's make it count in 2018.
As avid all year round golfers we have to adapt to a variety of conditions with rapid heat fluctuations from 19-30 degrees in the Summer to playing Autumn golf in strong winds with frosty and wet ground conditions. This coupled with cold temperatures call upon a completely different set of skills.
